Front Desk/Concierge Clerk - is responsible for providing quality guest check-in and check-outs, and hosting through informing and coordinating activities. Furthermore to effectively communicate with the various departments as necessary to ensure a first-class guest experience.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Tourism
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate, particularly proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work flexible shifts and hours, including working holidays and weekends
- A team player and can work under pressure
- Prior experience working in the Tourism Industry would be a plus
- Prior experience with using a property management system would be a plus
Security Guard - Secures premises, guests and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Friendly and outgoing
- Minimum high school diploma
- Between the age of 30 to 45 years
- Clean police record
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Love for dogs
- Lives in San Ignacio/Santa Elena or surrounding villages
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Weapon handling experience would be an asset
- Honest
- Physically fit
- Good communications skills
